Everything is made in-house, using all natural meats, organic free range eggs, choice ingredients and local produce.

DipticOur lovely kitchen staff makes EVERYTHING in-house. We strongly believe in the old saying ‘You are what you eat.’ Therefore, our meats are nitrite and hormone free, our eggs are organic and local. Our potatoes are bio-dynamically grown up the Pemberton Meadows by the sweetest family you could ever meet. We source locally and are proud to offer a variety of health conscious, thoughtful food to fuel your adventure.

Gelato:

Come Summer, we feature Whistler’s Own Lucia Gelato. We rotate the flavours but the usual suspects include Mango, Chocolate Hazelnut, Lime Mint, Lemon, Strawberry, MCCC Espresso, Blood Orange and Passionfruit. The main gelato freezer is only at our Pemberton shop, but we do offer espresso milkshakes and affogatos in Whistler too.

All our meat comes from Two Rivers Meats, meaning it’s natural. Hormone/Nitrite Free and Ethically Raised. Our Pemberton Meadows Beef and Turkey are roasted in-house. The potatoes come from Helmer’s Organic Farm up the Valley, they are a Certified Organic, Bio-dynamic Potato Farm. Our eggs are the same: organic, local and free range. Our greens all summer long are locally sourced. We have strong relationships with Rootdown Organic Farm, North Arm Farm, Helmer’s Farm, Ice Cap Organics, Rootdown Organics, Erik’s Eggs, Hare’s Blueberry Farms, Bathtub Gardens and more. We love our local producers and feel extremely lucky to be in such a bountiful valley! This year, many of our greens are coming from the farm fields of our staff. It’s incredible.
